CW TV heeft eindelijk bekend gemaakt dat Secret Circle GEEN tweede seizoen krijgt. Het was eigenlijk al te verwachten aan de ratings, maar het is toch jammer.

Met het cancellen van The Secret Circle heb ik als beheerder van de site besloten om de website ook stop te zetten. We zullen geen nieuws meer posten en ook zullen we geen nieuwtjes meer op onze Twitter en Facebook zetten. Uiteindelijk zullen we alles uit de lucht halen, maar dat kan nog even duren.

We willen alle bezoekers bedanken die onze website altijd hebben gevolgd of net zijn gaan volgen. Het was gezellig om hier en daar met jullie te kletsen en hopelijk komen we elkaar op een ander fandom nog eens tegen!

Nog een tip: voor de mensen die graag wat meer closure willen, lees de boeken! De boeken zijn echt heel goed (beter dan de serie vind ik). Links in het menu staan linkjes om de boeken te kopen voor degene die geeniuml;nteresseerd zijn.

The Secret Circle season one finale airs tomorrow night, capping off an uneven 22 episode run that swung violently between stellar highs and laughable lows -- but that`s totally typical in your average freshman series as the cast and crew attempt to navigate treacherous inaugural waters.

In anticipation of the finale, titled Family, I caught up with Secret Circle EP Andrew Miller for a refreshingly frank conversation about the mistakes that were made, the opportunities that were missed and the moments that made this season utterly incredible.

Insider.com: Secret Circle was the first network series you executive produced -- now that it`s said and done, how do you feel about the 22 episodes?
Andrew Miller: Ultimately, incredible. It`s harder than I thought but I had an inordinate amount of support enndash; I had a cast that you dream about, an incredible writing staff, a crew in Vancouver that constantly made what we wrote better and so much support from the network. Everyone was conspiring to make my job easier and to make the show better enndash; I had the good sense to let them do it.

Is there anything more you can tell us about the big death in The Secret Circle finale? enmdash; Gina
NATALIE: According to executive producer Andrew Miller, how this person dies is more significant than who dies. enldquo;We donenrsquo;t want this to be a world where death comes easily,enrdquo; he says. enldquo;In this finale, this death will drastically change people. For Cassieenrsquo;s journey, this whole season has been about her transition from teen to adult, and the emotional ramifications of this death really conclude that journey.enrdquo; At least we know itenrsquo;s not Cassie now!
